  • Dr. C. Vernon Rose, Jr.

    Dr. C. Vernon Rose, Jr. graduated with his dental degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 1973.  He opened the original dental practice here in Bayboro in June of 1973 and has served his community with a wide array of comprehensive services ever since.  

    Dr. Rose has been married to his wife Brenda for 45 years and has 2 sons, 4 grandchildren, and the widespread love from a community of patients that also call him a friend.   Dr. Vernon Rose now practices on Tuesdays only and provides services related to dentures, partial dentures, and TMJ.

  • Dr. Brian D. Smith

    Dr. Smith has over 10 years of experience in Orthodontics.  A graduate of UNC School of Dentistry, he has a passion for helping patients, regardless of age, to smile through their adjusted and perfect teeth.

    A former classmate of Drs. Rebecca and Joshua Rose, Dr. Brian Smith has been serving the orthodontic needs of Pamlico County in Bayboro since 2010.  Dr. Smith’s primary office is in Sanford, NC, but he is happy to partner with Rose and Rose, DDS on variable Fridays to provide more convenient and affordable orthodontic treatment in his newly renovated office location at 15 Ireland Road.
